Brake Service
$199 online deposit. First-time balance due before dispatch.
Service Description
Mobile brake service at your home, office, or job site in Newark, CA and the Bay Area. A $199 online deposit reserves your slot. First-time customers pay the rest of the minimum visit charge before the technician heads out, and any further work is quoted in a written estimate. First-time customers have a minimum visit charge of $510: 2 hours of labor at $180/hr ($360) plus a $150 call-out fee, before parts. Your $199 deposit counts toward it. You'll approve the minimum charge in writing and pay the balance before the technician heads out. It covers the trip and the first 2 hours of diagnosis and labor. Newark promo: the $150 call-out fee is waived for vehicles registered to a Newark, CA address (please show your registration at the appointment), which makes your minimum $360. Any repairs beyond that get a written estimate, and nothing more is done or charged without your signed approval.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund of your $199 deposit. Deposits aren't refunded for cancellations within 24 hours, missed appointments, or declined estimates. If we cancel or can't do the work, we'll refund your full deposit.
